Finding that perfect home
I’ve been spending a lot of time lately in getting my house to look good and with each move that we make, I realize the importance of being able to own our own home where we can make whatever changes we would like to and create a sense of permanence that is not possible in a rented space. It would be great to find a real estate agent that understood just what we were looking for, who would help us find the kind of place that would be just perfect for us. As one lives in a number of houses, one gets ideas on what would be the perfect arrangement to suit your lives, and with the number of places that we have lived in, we have a ton of needs when it comes to creating a perfect home.

I think you be every realtors dream knowing exactly what you want is half the realtors battle to getting you your dream home.
Normally there are many visits to homes till a realtor can see your expression when you approve of a certain room or feature. Being able to give them a list helps the realtor narrow the search and streamline your outtings to visit the homes as well.
But remember if expect everything on the list to be there also consider new construction of a custom home.

Yes, I am quite specific about what I want in a home, which does make it easier for the agents. We’ve lived in so many homes in so many cities that I now know the things that I must have in a home and others that are adjustable. And yes, no home built for someone else is quite as perfect as one you build yourself!
