Best Buy and Indian consumer durables retailer Vivek, are reportedly in talks for a tie up to open stores in the country. Several senior executives of Best Buy have been visiting India to get a feel of the market as well as meet with electronic brands such as LG, Samsung and Sony. One report suggests that the deal between the two companies will be for technical and sourcing requirements.
